DAMAaaS modules

In DAMAaaS, an application consists of one or more modules (equivalent to tables)
A module is defined by:

  • A form consisting of fields of all types
  • The roles of stakeholders and/or stakeholder groups
  • A workflow to describe the different steps
  • Access rights for each role
  • Business rules
  • Compliance and security options

It is often necessary to create several interconnected modules (multiple tables) to meet a specific need.
For example, a "Leave Requests" module is linked to an "Employees" module to identify the employee taking leave, and to a "Departments" module to find the department head who will approve the leave.

Pricing and Billing

Good news: 

For paid plans, you can switch from a per-user pricing model to a pay-as-you-go pricing model at any time!
(and vice versa)

Custom Billing

The FREE plan gives youfree access to DAMAaaS for up to 5 users.

 

In our Business and Corporate plans, DAMAaaS billing DAMAaaS based on your choice of:

  • based on the volume of module usage, expressed in Units according to the table below
  • based on the number of authorized users

 

Some features, available as optional add-ons with these plans, are billed on a per-use basis: Electronic signatures / Payments / SMS notifications
