In the event of a dispute between INAGUA and a User regarding the interpretation, performance, or termination of this Agreement, the Parties shall endeavor to resolve it amicably.

Subscription to Paid Services and Acceptance of the Terms of Service: 

Use of the Solution’s features and Application Services implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), which incorporate these Terms of Use. Accordingly, the User agrees to carefully read the GTC when accessing the Site and is encouraged to download and retain a copy of them.

INAGUA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time. The Customer will be notified of such modifications by email prior to their effective date.

In the event of substantial changes to these terms, the following scenarios should be considered:

▪ Either the Customer consents to such material changes, in which case they shall automatically take effect thirty (30) days after notification without any further formality;

▪ If the Customer rejects the substantial changes, the Customer may terminate all or part of the Contract early, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12, within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.

In such a case, the Customer agrees to delete all of its data from the Solution and to pay INAGUA the full amount corresponding to the Application Services provided up to the effective date of termination, calculated on a pro rata basis based on the initial commitment and the elapsed period, if applicable. It is specified that, in this case, the termination will take effect on the date the amended General Terms of Service come into force.

Legal Notice

These Legal Notices apply to all Visitors and Users for any current or future visits to the website DAMAaaS (hereinafter, the “Site”). For the record, the following term is defined below: “User” refers to any internet user who logs in to the application using their previously defined username and password and uses the aforementioned website:  DAMAaaS.

As a free user, you have access to the DAMAaaS features DAMAaaS on the page www.damaaas.com/tarifs under the “Free” plan. 

During this free trial period, which is of indefinite duration, the User acknowledges that they are fully responsible for:

  • Stored Data and Documents
  • Access that he grants to other Users so they can work in his application.

In this regard, the User acknowledges that:
