INAGUA is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2022!
In June 2011, Ronan Bertel, a project manager at a large corporation, was looking for a cross-functional application solution to manage his projects. Unable to find a tool that met his needs, he decided to create his own software. To do so, he reached out to Nicolas Thery, whom he had met during an assignment at the company, and shared his plans with him. A few days later, they were working together on the initial coding of the solution that would become DAMAaaS
The company was founded in 2012 with a third partner, Laurence Chapuis, to oversee marketing and communications. Based in the Île-de-France region, in Juvisy-sur-Orge, the company received support from Essonne Initiative during its early stages of development.
It was during a round of equity financing that Franck Desnoues joined the company in 2015, having immediately taken a liking to the solution and recognized its potential. Franck took charge of business development and identifying new markets.
The first customer to use DAMAaaS is Lagarde Autoclaves, an industrial SME that manufactures autoclaves.

When handling post-sales customer requests, DAMAaaS allows DAMAaaS to track the actions taken by each department, automatically send reminders, and attach any relevant documents. Through its integration with email systems, every stakeholder is automatically notified via email.
Not only was developing our app relatively easy, but what we find particularly valuable is that we can manage the configuration and updates ourselves without needing any special programming skills.
