Elodie – Product Owner Proxy & Scrum Master

Working closely with the CTO and the DAMAaaS Product Owner, this role also serves as the linchpin of the technical team, organizing sprints and leading the Scrum methodology as determined by the team itself.

Cédric – Architect

The DAMAaaS architect DAMAaaS a key role that requires a 360-degree view of the integration of new features, including performance, cost, security, and maintainability.

Nicolas – CTO & CISO

As the person responsible for ensuring the technical consistency of the platform, its security, and the performance of DAMAaaS services, our CTO also manages INAGUA’s entire technical team.

Business Development

With a background in sales and marketing, Marie joined the DAMAaaS sales team DAMAaaS 2020. Her role is to understand the full range of features offered by DAMAaaS help you apply them to your specific situation. Learn about her perspective on the role, its benefits, and the skills required.

Franck is a partner and Sales Director at Inagua, the developer of the DAMAaaS software. He spent 20 years at ARIANESPACE in the space industry, holding various technical positions before moving to the sales department, where he worked closely with numerous French and international clients. After completing his MBA at HEC, he met the INAGUA team and discovered DAMAaaS. He immediately liked the tool, quickly grasping its potential and how it addressed the business needs present in all companies.

Nicolas Loiret joined INAGUA in 2018 after being approached by Laurence Chapuis, a partner and co-founder and CEO of the company, with whom he had worked a few years earlier. From the moment he joined, he reported to Ronan Bertel, INAGUA’s founder and CEO.

"In short, my main role is to translate clients’ operational needs into specific parameters in order to build their DAMAaaS platform. Since the solution is
tailor-made, I work with clients to design the architecture and define the parameters that perfectly match their needs. It’s very rewarding!"

Support Functions

Support functions encompass all the roles that are least visible in the market, yet are essential to the smooth operation of the company, workplace well-being, and raising awareness of DAMAaaS efforts and successes DAMAaaS The roles covered include HR, administration and management, finance, as well as business-related roles such as marketing and communications. This diverse team is currently quite female-dominated… so we’re calling for gender parity 😉

Laurence has been a partner at INAGUA since its founding in 2012. After 20 years of experience in marketing payment and banking services, both in France and abroad, she joined the venture driven by a desire to be an entrepreneur and a strong conviction in the cause. With a background in economics and management from Dauphine University, followed by training in Business Process Management (CBBP), Laurence quickly understood the critical role of processes in the evolution of business organizations. Confronted daily with the need for tools in her various roles… she seized the opportunity to talk about DAMAaaS forge the first connections with clients who are now loyal.

Yvonne joined the team as an administrative assistant and office manager. She is INAGUA’s quality-of-life coordinator and serves as the liaison between the teams in Lyon and Juvisy and DAMAaaS partners.

Ronan has a degree in computer science.

After a 20-year career in banking IT at Paribas and then Crédit Agricole, he also gained experience in the organizational and managerial aspects of sales for those same banking networks. Whether on the technical or management side, it was the lack of management tools that drove him to innovate. Together with Nicolas Thery, a partner at Inagua, he developed a no-code toolkit that enables a customized solution to business needs to be delivered in just a few hours.

As the person responsible for ensuring the functional consistency of DAMAaaS, Ronan also serves as its “Product Owner” and has been steering the roadmap since 2011. Embracing the values of pragmatism and agility, he also manages INAGUA’s teams of technical and business consultants, who work with clients to co-create their applications.
